Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things do not work out. In that case, you may return most new, unopened items within 72 hours of delivery and we will make every effort to make it right. All claims filed after 72 hours will not be approved. Products that are returned require the customer pay for the return shipping cost. Please check details on the product page, as some products will have specific return policies.

Damaged Merchandise  

We offer a refund on merchandise that is damaged in transit, however damage claims must be received within 72 hours of delivery  Please inspect your merchandise carefully and contact us immediately by phone or email with the following information:

  • Digital snapshots of the damaged product and and also the packaging/ boxes so that we can determine how the damage happened and prevent future items from incurring similar damages. These images are mandatory for processing a damage claim.  We recommend that you upload the photos to your account.
  • Inform us of the reason for your return as it relates to shipping damages or manufacturing defect as well as any additional details that may help us understand the problem.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of placing your package with the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
  • If you should choose to have a replacement item rather than a refund, then please allow up to 2 weeks for a replacement of in stock items.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
